Pricing:

The pictured design is the classic size option. With each increase/decrease in size you can expect more or less flowers respectively. We will ensure that you receive flowers that are appropriately arranged in accordance to your specified size and design. If you require a design at a specific price point please contact our store directly by phone and our friendly staff members will accommodate to your desired specifications.

Substitutions:

Please understand that colours, flower/ foliage types and the wrapping may vary to what is pictured. This is due to seasonality and availability. To ensure your order is fulfilled on time, we will continue with the order and substitute any flowers/foliage/sundries necessary to create a similar aesthetic, (please note that we cannot guarantee any flowers or foliage in the pictured design and will substitute accordingly). Should there be any major substitutions necessary that would change the identity of the design , we will contact you to discuss your options. Please note that some flowers may come “closed”, which is a beautiful thing as not only will they last longer, but allow you to enjoy their beautiful opening process.

Flower Care:

Place the bouquet in a complimenting vase topped with fresh water, changed frequently. Continue trimming up to 5mm off the flowers every other day, and enjoy. After the fresh flowers have had their peak, remove the flowers from their vessel to dry or dispose of them.

All flowers received come with a complimentary care guide, unique to the design.
