About the artist:

Jacqui / Jax is a local Ipswich/Brisbane artist and has over 15 years experience refurbishing furniture. Jax chooses to only use high quality products like non toxic Annie Sloan chalk paint. She loves recreating individual historical stories on her pieces through recreating vintage and antique finishes. This effect is achieved with tiny artist brushes and art palette knives. All of her furniture designs are always one of a kind, and now exclusively available at The Dusty Rose Flower Shoppe. 

Collection and delivery of furniture:

All furniture, is stored and only displayed at The Dusty Rose Flower Shoppe, shopfront located on 32 Warwick Rd Ipswich. After purchasing one of the quality works at checkout, you will be given the option to choose pick-up or delivery ($22, delivered by one of our couriers direct to your door), Ipswich and surrounding suburbs only. Please note if you are choosing for pieces to be delivered please ensure at least one person is available at the delivery location to assist with the delivery as some pieces require two people to move. Should there be no one immediately available on delivery, pieces will be returned to the store and a second delivery fee will incur, as we will not leave furniture unattended for a delivery.

Viewing of furniture, holds and enquiries.

Feel free to call or email our store directly in regards to any pieces, and we will happily assist where possible and/or refer you to the artist directly. All pieces are on display and staged in the store for customers’ perusal. We are able to hold furniture for in-person inspection if required, please note we can hold furniture for a maximum of one week before they will be made publicly available again, unless a 20% non-refundable deposit in made for us to hold in-store for a later date of delivery, pick-up or inspection.
